Hello to you all, I hope you're having a good afternoon. :-)

Today in "LOTD" from Louise at Sprinkle of Glitter, is a video! I was a little apprehensive when Louise blogged that all loves on Saturdays was come from videos, because I watch so many, I both a) couldn't remember any in particular and b) wouldn't be able to choose between them if I did remember! After a while of umm-ing and ahh-ing though, I have finally come up with a MASSIVE love for one video. And funnily enough, it's not even beauty related!

This video has over 5 millions view on YouTube as of today, so chances are you might have seen this video! Even if you have, and especially if you haven't, you should still give it a watch right here, right now! I've watched it countless times and it still manages to give me goosebumps!

LOVE OF THE DAY 5

Good afternoon to you all, I hope you're having a good day. :-) If, like me, you're in the UK, you're probably wondering what on earth is happening with the weather - it's so muggy, it hurts my head!! Let's hope a good storm hits soon to clear the air (don't hit me! :P).


Today's "love of the day" from Louise at Sprinkle of Glitter is a quote or fact. I knew immediately when I saw this what I wanted to use, and I think you might go "awww" at it too!

Louise's own quote that she used as her LOTD was extremely cute, as is this one... "You are stronger than you seem, braver than you believe, and smarter than you think you are". This is actually from Winnie the Pooh, and it makes me smile ear-to-ear! I even had it as my phone background once, and smiled whenever I saw it... Hope it makes you smile, too! :-)

Don't you think 4 is a lovely number? It's just nice and... even, and it looks pretty.

Anyway! Good evening to you, and welcome to love of the day numero 4 (as always, from Louise at Sprinkle of Glitter) which today is based on eBay items!

I love browsing eBay and looking at all of the weird and wonderful things on there, as well as picking up an absolute bargain most of the time when I do make a purchase!

Today, I must dedicate my LOTD to an absolutely gorgeous piece of jewellery. It's been on my watch list for a while, but unfortunately I cannot afford it at the moment, otherwise I'd have snapped it up straight away! :( Until I can, I will lust after it through the screen and revel in it's beauty... mmm!

LOVE OF THE DAY 3

Good evening all, and welcome to LOTD #3 from Louise at Sprinkle of Glitter. Today's love of the day is books!

Now, I love love love books and upon having just graduated uni, I have found myself with more time on my hands to have a good old read! There are many different types of books that I enjoy reading but mostly, they do tend to be fictional and they do tend to be a bit soppy!


My LOTD for today, though, has got to be House Rules by Jodi Picoult.

I adore Jodi Picoult's books and I have read several, but this has got to be my absolute favourite. It tells the story of Jacob, a teenager with Asperger's syndrome, a form of autism, who gets himself into a difficult predicament! I shan't say any more because I don't want to ruin it for anyone, but it's a beautifully written book which I wholeheartedly recommend reading!

LOVE OF THE DAY 2

Hello, and welcome to my second "LOTD" from Sprinkle of Glitter which today, as all Tuesdays will be, is based on blog posts. I do thoroughly enjoy reading all sorts of different blogs, including beauty, baking, fashion and health, so as you can imagine, I had a lot to choose from!

I have thought hard about this one, and I'm going to have to say my blog post LOTD is an old post from Zoe at Zoella, which is the post "Why are you so skinny?". I know this is an old post of Zoe's, but I have to say that I have read it over and over again because it did pique my interest, as some would say! 

I can't say that I suffer from the same problems that Zoe has faced because I'm neither skinny nor fat, but I know exactly where she's coming from - prejudice based on size is absolutely everywhere nowadays, and it's just not on! People don't seem to realise that others are sensitive and do actually have feelings. So please, if you're reading this, click the link above to go to Zoe's blog post and next time, think before you make a so-called "harmless comment".

LOVE OF THE DAY 1

Hello, and welcome to the first post on my blog! This post will be LOTD day 1, which is a fantastic idea from Louise, over at Sprinkle of Glitter. This is where Louise, myself, and no doubt dozens of other bloggers write something they love every day, for 10 weeks. I think this is a great idea which will remind me of happy things every single day! :-)

Today, as all Mondays will be, is based on clothes! Now, clothes and shopping are things that I just LOVE LOVE LOVE, so this is great for me!


Now, there are plenty of beautiful dresses and skirts and blouses out there at the minute that I would love to have in my wardrobe, but my LOTD today is something a little bit different...

Ta-dah! I think that this jumper is absolutely adorable, and elephants are my absolute favourite animal, so this gets a HUGE thumbs up from me! It's available in many colours from this etsy seller, but this dark red one is my favourite. :-)

I am excited to see what Louise has chosen for tomorrow's LOTD! :-D
